Besides the stock itself, I'd bought the 30 Jan.'99's a year ago as LEAPS and also have a bunch of '00's. I expect some good things from this company over the next six to twelve months with Karmazin firmly in charge. Good luck to us all!

TTOSBT,

You have to many zeros. The IPO can bring in $33M not $33B and not all of that to CBS.

Drop in the bucket but it is one more step in the right direction for CBS.
