It's hard to guess why anyone would sell their own company's stock ... and then see another company person buy it up.

Not as many people are savvy to the January affect.

Last year I sold 2 "cheap" ones, only to see them double quickly within a month. I was nauseated. But I learned from it.
I have several on my "watch list" to buy on Monday or Tuesday ... with just these expectations in mind.

Company members are not "stock" people, they sell from fear just like any other investor. Taking a loss on a low stock may have seemed like a good move at the time.
Who is to say they do not buy it right back, at the same price or even lower? after the 30 day wash sale period is over.

I have confidence in this company, having followed it for so many years. They have changed their business plan, because the original plan was not working. Now they need time to grow this new enterprise. They just are not one of those company's that rises to stardom within months .... unfortunately, for us investors ... it is taking years.
