The DOJ does not need to understand...obviously this frivolous waste of legal time was prompted politically since the whiny companies (NSCP, ORCL, SUNW, etc) could not find a better product/service that would compete effectively with MSFTs'. So, what do these whiners do..run to DOJ and cry wolf. Anyone with half a brain would be able to conclude that the only reason why MSFT is in its current state is that there is no other product out there that can replace it effectively period. If someone found an OS that can work with ALL existing platforms and programs...that is the next MSFT!
