AMCX- some info for when you get back.... this is a big screw up on my behalf.... amcx is a non reporting company...something they expect to have done by april(was told it will take 90 days)thank god by july we will no longer be talking about non reporting companies.....on june 30,they issued a news release the same info i gave you except it was a 1 time charge for their first quarter being a public company(need to stop doing more than 1 thing at a time) i had a in depth conversation with brent walker with americlean today...and by no means was it a fluff call..i am told,i am not a patient person and when i am unhappy, i do not hold things back... we discussed their stock violatility,decision to cancel the new york deal,to the hold up on their other aquistion.... instead of going in details of what i was told,mr. walker has agreed to post on silicon investors on their thread in the next 2 days to update any shareholders here on their daily operation and previous problems....and since i am close to boca raton,fl myself.we even discussed the location of their home office in vancouver...in which he advised me that even that was being worked on... thanks for your patience on this screw up.......
