Francis: Sure was a lot of coverage of Y2K problems on TV and radio this weekend. Stockpiling food, water, and fuel heaters. Planes not being allowed to take off to non-compliant countries for safety reasons. Brownouts. People dieing from implanted medical device malfunctions. You name it and it was covered. Getting out of stocks and bonds and going all cash and gold. Much of it was hype and not called for, but just goes to show you how the herd can get moving. Sure hope some of that herd heads for the Discover Y2K product. As I have said many times before, the herd is the key to our rewards for being patient. The herd is waking up a bit, but it is still early. Wait until September or October and they will really get moving. Fix on Failure (FOF) seems to be the opposite philosophy to hype and is equally dangerous.
