mchip - No, I don't think you do understand.

<<Mr. Wexler picked picks, and adjusted them, adding, changing and refining. Quite a respectable record in total.>>

Not true - Mr. Wexler identified his original portfolio as HOPELESSLY flawed companies, based on pseudoscience, run by scam artists, etc., etc. He specifically stated that they were LONG TERM shorts which he would add to on any run-ups. Then, at least for Zonagen, he launched a truly remarkable campaign of disinformation - several posts per day, usually cut & pasted onto two other threads as well, usually repeating the mantra of Asensio. IF Mr. Wexler had made his picks based on a run-up in price that he thought was unsustainable, a failure in development of a technology, a market shift, etc. and, like most pickers (even the biggest ones) let the market play out its course, I would have no complaint. From where I sit, if his tactics were not illegal (I believe this will eventually be settled in the legal arena), they were dishonest and distasteful. If you agree with his actions, then that says a lot about you, IMHO.

As to not recognizing any weakness in Zonagen, that statement just shows that you not only don't understand, you apparently don't read.

From my post #6046 to Hank

<<I have posted many times that I consider Zonagen to be a risky investment - you can look back & check it out. But the risks with Zonagen are not related to it being a scam, hyped, or any of the other BS claims that have been TRUMPETED by certain individuals>>

You can also go back & read my posts to Tokyo about the Mexican situation - I believe they were around Thanksgiving. Maybe I can save you the effort.

I would have preferred that there had been additional royalties reported in the most recent quarter. Certainly, the lack of these royalties can be interpreted as a negative. If this continues, I would have to say it is a"weakness". The correct interpretation of a lack of royalty payments in one particular quarter requires a lot more information than we have available to us. Only time will tell.

The response from the company regarding this is that the product is selling well in Mexico. I choose to believe it - most other claims made by the company over the past year or so have been proven out.

I hope I haven't offended you - but you missed a lot from my previous posts.

Happy New Year
