X, I don't know where you are from. but I know of several people in Texas who have had to pay fines for 1 mile over the speed limit. There was a town on Hwy 59 just North of Houston(I forgot the name) where it was very common. It was finally stopped after it became common knowledge and people refused to stop there at restaurants, etc. I have been personally nailed just SW of Houston for 7 miles over, in a short section where the limit was 10 MPH lower than either side in an open area. Try Lousiana. Have you seen where people have been ticketed for excessive lane changes and speeding when they were doing no such thing, and it was documented on video? Atheists don't lie! Not this one anyway.
