as long-term shareholders, we will give DGIV and Jimmy Chin the time needed to complete their work, since we believe that the finished product will be worth the wait.

1998 was a "foundation building" year for DGIV, with many deals being initiated. Active negotiations have been ongoing, literally all over the world. We have a glimpse of what can happen with the deal announced in the newsletter. Given time, more deals will be completed, IMO. DGIV is a young company that is growing with each deal. By the time the deals are publicly announced, it is my belief that the price will be significantly higher than where we are presently.

I have a feeling 1999 will be a GREAT year for DGIV. We will see :))

PS: as the last trading day of 1998 showed, when tax selling abated in the afternoon, there certainly were plenty of buyers interested in this company.
