Fred & Larry: LOL!! Jeez, lighten up a wee tad folks. I'm in for the proverbial speculative "pound" with regard to this company. My recent activity was just to take a wee bit of excess(and not a MAJORITY, heh) once it became clear(to me) that VLNC had further to go(it has since proven me right since as of right now VLNC is treading water, although this upcoming week should be intriguing). At that point I saw a more.....eh....immediate return on my working capital in a couple of other trader plays I felt would hit before VLNC would(one, AWRE, has done just that, and the other just might within the next week or so). Don't take this as me going all negative on VLNC. But profit, is profit, and when it comes to it I follow me nose. ;-) As I've said many times before, VLNC represents, to me, as fine a gamble as ever there was one. And it looks like it just might pay off, too. Indeed, at this point the factual data available leans strongly towards the positive, eh? I've merely grown a wee bit tired of the endless, circular arguments which can only be terminated by VLNC doing that most basic of "thangs," and that be announcing p.o.'s. This is what I want to hear next. As a business person I've already heard, mulled over, calculated and quantified, all the POTENTIAL(short of dropping B.R. an e-mail which ain't a bad thought, heh), and as a business person I know, too, that the unexpected can arise(it has several time before with VLNC) which can make all those calculations go for naught. But, all-n-all, VLNC's next step in the evolution from an R&D shop to a commercial production entity, is p.o. announcements. PERIOD. So let's just say I've got the 'ol bull-horn out and am now asking about that corporate lifes-blood essence. "WHAT'S THE STATUS ON THOSE OEM EVALUATIONS(and I'd like to hear it from corporate mouths, please), AND WHEN CAN WE EXPECT TO BEGIN TO HEAR SOMETHING REGARDING P.O.'S(again, from the corporate mouth)?" On a parenthetical aside, I will say I'm looking forward to meeting some of you folks at the up-coming shareholders meeting, and would like to hope that VLNC will have by that point, if not announced contractual commitments, at least be able to provide entrance to their facilities both in Henderson and N.I. for all the shareholders, read here owners, in the company. So let me ask the group......Anybody up for a field trip? John~
