ASCT - Hopefully you're right TJ. I do like what I see tho. Simply the comeback from the hammering after the FDA thingy tells me that there are many people who expect this news anytime. I think I'll wait this one out for another 2 weeks or so and then pull half my shares for a profit (hopefully) and let the other half ride. With any luck, this could be the start of a very productive year for all of us.

I'm going to start writing down my goals (at least for overnight and longer holds) when I enter a stock. Stuff like how long I want to hold, my highs and lows for selling (or at least a re-analysis), and basically why I'm in the stock. I've noticed in many of my trades I lose sight of my goals or just don't have a well-defined set of goals established. Not a very good way to start a trade. At least I should be able to answer the question "Why am I buying this?" before hitting the 'submit order' button. I'll let everyone know how this goes.

My goal for ASCT was to hold til mid-Jan waiting on a buyout. After that, I'd rather just lock in at least some profit.

llater,
Tony B
