Here Sir.
$4.4 million conversion to equity at an average price of @$1.10 turns
around balance sheet to approx $1.1 mil on plus side. Approx 3 million
shares issued. 80% of which is voluntary restricted for 1 year and the
other half for two years. Clock started December 1st 1998 on these
shares. Remainder (20%) or about 300,000 shares is free trading unless
owner is a control person (this affects about 60% of these shares). Here
is where the float grew from about 600,000 (504 offering at $1.00 plus
miscellaneous shares) to about 900,000. BUT, as you can see, nearly
everyone is in for a buck or more and real or actual tradeable is closer
to 700,000.
