MOST OF US WHO POST HERE ARE "SMALL TIME" IF YOU ARE A BIG CLIENT, YOU GET PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TELL THAT TO THE SMALL CLIENT. EXAMPLE: ONLY SCHWAB 500 WERE INVITED TO IPO OFFERING. BUT WHEN YOU BECOME A BIG CLIENT, YOU GET A LOT OF EXTRAS THAT ARE NOT ADVERTISED TO THE SMALLER CLIENTS. THE REASON BEING THE SMALLER CLIENTS WOULD COMPLAIN AND BITCH WHICH IS NOT WHAT SCHWAB WANTS. A GOOD PR DEPARTMENT WOULD MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE GETTING THE ROYAL TREATMENT, WHEN IN FACT YOU ARE GETTING FAR FROM IT. DT
