Chief, that info is already outdated....the updated T/A info from Dec. 22 is: Canada...31,294,469 USA.......4,595,916 Others....139,625 Totals.....36,030,010 These are common shares issued. It seems to change every couple of weeks, and it is difficult to keep track. There are so many addenda to the prospectus that it is enough to make you dizzy. 8>() I am not sure if 36,030,010 is fully diluted or if there will be more added with the other restricted shares and warrants that come due in January. W
