I have traded PAIR some over the past 18 months, but sold at 21 and have not purchased back. Now the price is down in $7's and although I have wanted to buy some again, it is very difficult to buy a "nosediver". There seems to be a bullish atmosphere on this thread, but will PAIR see $11 plus without a buyout? Opinions?

StockHolder Rights Plan --- protection against cheap buyout

biz.yahoo.com

During 1998, PAIR was one of the most rumored buyout stocks
around. Because of the StockHolder Rights Plan, we get
an idea of what kind of price PAIR is worth for an equity
parter/buyout.

PAIR has based out and turning up.
It never is a fast mover because of its large float.
But it can be a steady mover.
