When I hit (ctrl, alt, del) it's there. How to delete this start- up is the next question. Sorry must go back to work, breaks over (live very close to work) see you at 6:15

The icon is probably being loaded from the registry.

I use Norton Crash Guard Deluxe to clean up my computer. If you run the various scans, it will find and delete all of the broken shortcuts, orphaned DLLs, and registry leftovers.

However, if you try to run it as a crash guard program, you will start crashing much more frequently.
