I think the banking sector will do bad as bad foreign loans (billions) are written off next year. This has already started.

dawg -- I don't know if the apparell sector will make you the most money, but I think it will do well in 1999. I'm basing that on what we saw closing '98 with the high interest in Victoria Secret, Today's Man, etc. The traditional "catelog" and "mortor and brick" (and successful) retailers are finding the internet to be an effective channel for advertising and displaying, on their own site, their products -- as opposed to the gawdy, blinky, ads on Yahoo. The other major designers will soon follow I am sure.
