*********TO PAUL SMITH FROM MKII********* When I sent you a fax few days ago requesting updated information, I informed you about this thread in Silicon Investors. I do believe you must read it to learn about the feelings of the investors about your company. I asked you and ask again to please send out a Press Release updating MKII. We like to know when are you closing the deal of the FIVE LA PONDEROSA STEAK HOUSES. We like to know more about the TWO LARGE SHAREHOLDERS WHO SOLD MANY MANY SHARES between November and December. You told some of us on the phone that it's nothing wrong with MKII. On the other hand everything is working fine. I do believe and I have no doubts that starting tomorrow we going to start to see a nice rebound. We already know you are in the process of getting a PR firm or individual to come in and work full time to answer investor relations. We know your goal is to become fully reporting with the SEC. We know you are seeking financing right now to fund some of your projects. Which means you may have some NEW DEALS IN MIND. :} So please, a PRESS RELEASE WILL BE PERFECT TO START 1999. Thanks, Elio
