QCS.net and IBM !! QCSC (5 3/8), a partner with IBM targeting the global E-Commerce market, announced retailers with sales in excess of $160 BILLION are implementing the QCS.net service which electronically ties the retailers to all their suppliers worldwide. IMO, QCSC could be one of the biggest winners of the year because the global market for the QCS.net-IBM service is enormous. If the QCSC announcement appears on the Dow, the eruption in the QCSC stock price could be very sudden.
