DD I think this is a typical way that BB companies do secondary offerings. They issue 10,000,000 shares to a "consultent". The consultant issues a mailing or some other promotion. In the 10m case I think Madera got $.10 a share Anything shoved out the door above this , the consultant got to keep. WOOD was at around $.30 at the beginning and .09 to .12 afterward. This was BM's fodder for more than 1,000 negative post that successfully kept WOOD down despite quite a bit of evidence showing a turn around. John
