Does a company pay creditors with stock? I always thought Accounts Receivable (Sales) was your means to reduce debt. I also thought we had more than 30 million shares outstanding. However you ask a good question. I will take a look at my report that just came in the mail Saturday.

They can't pay creditors at current levels and that is why
Stelling and Barclay bank filed a motion to dismiss the
original agreement which was to pay debt from sales of
shares set aside { settlement shares } for payment .
Creditors also agreed to recent offer by Oaktree. They
probably figured that something is better than nothing
at present, since the wait for their money would be long
if the Judge sticks to original agreement.
The risk element is ever present, but Oaktrees offer
gave the Judge more time before making final decision.
So once again ,we wait.
