Sergio,

OVRL: The numbers posted point out exactly what we were discussing.

36 track drives are increasing as demand for the larger capacity tapes increases.

Some other things found on OVRL

The co. has grown at a whooping 500% over last year and is projected to go another 66%, while the industry has grown at a 17% rate. Earnings for last Q surpized by 50% on much larger rev's due to the new exposure in Norway. The new Q. ending is due out Jan 13. with an upgraded estimate of .10 from .08. Two brokers cover with a strong buy recommendation. With the newest Euro. alliance this can only grow.

Insiders have been buying the stock since Feb. 98, not huge, but buying.

5% of the stock is owned by institutions.

The co. has no long term debt, 51 million in assets and 10.5 in Liability. PE is presently 20 which will drop to 16 on new earnings. Price to sales is okay with 1.22, I'd like to see below 1.0, but can live with this one, given the other factors.

Volume appears to be building moving toward earnings. Short term target I could live with 11ish.

Ken
