That is the prescribing of solutions on such grand scale by someone who's not paying for it. Government workers, unions, and retirees were among those least affected by the Health Care scheme as proposed by the Clintons. If one is going to prescribe payment schemes such as Social Security and Health Security, then they should be paying into the system as much as anyone else. Then let's see where we really get popular support for these programs. It wasn't until the mid 1980's that the federal government workers started paying into Social Security. That was the biggest hypocracy of all.
