Well, my estimate was the most conservative I could come up with.

So you are estimating 3M cards for the year from the BR deal. At 5 each, that would be 15M, virtually all profit.

Now if you are saying each card will produce 1 or 2 CDs/month, if we take 1.5, then we are looking at an average of say 18CDs/card for the year from the first 1M cards sold (18M total). That would be a total of roughly $162M in revenues from CD sales (at an average of $9/CD)for just the first 1M cards with a profit of 18M. That does not take into account revenues from CD sales from the other 2M cards.

That would mean $33M in profits for the year or over .50/share(15M from the cards and 18M from the CDs). On revenues of $177M (15M from the cards and 162M from the CDs).

Once again, this does not include revenues and profits from CD sales from the other 2M cards.

Sure sounds like an awful lot to me. But I hope you are in the ballpark!

<<If only each child or 900,000 sells a Card on the average during the first effort in January and I think it can be higher if the instructions are done properly, CCI gets $5/Card. The Card will be a new item and interesting to the kids from the old sale worn items. >>

Bob,

I was under the impression that TSIG will be paid approx $5 per card up front by the Babe Ruth League in January. TSIG will get receive the payment for the musicards before Babe Ruth League members even begin to sell the cards door-to-door. However, we still need to verify the number of cards in the January shipment.
