Probably going to buy back stock because they are actually making money now. In your detective work you did notice they were making money, didn't you? There is allot of things you can do with profits. I really don't care if they buy back one share because I want my share of the spin off when and if it happens. Did you see that in their filings also.

Also the issueing of private placements is nothing new. What internet company didn't start out with a private placement when they needed money. NAVR did a 20 million dollar private placement. Stock has done nothing but rocket since. All because of a spin off of Net Radio.
