Needticker:

What I do find interesting is the 10sb has been filed, and the information is there for all to interpret. Why does LQQX find himself compelled to explain that information which has been clearly written. Have you read the filing? What is your interpretation?

I do find LQQX missleading in his presentation. If cash flows support the land, an apprasial would have been simple to acquire. Who told danny an IOU would be OK in a transaction where the CEO borrows from the company till? The comments concerning the SEC approval of the filing, then the rebuttal that the SEC does audits in fraud cases cleverly avoided the implication made that the SEC OK'd the filing.

LQQX is a wonderful storyteller. He addresses each question and is able to put a positive spin on things. And to some his style works wonderfully.

I do not know carl kruse and company, but the style as compared to Ruskin is a mirror image. And Ruskin stoped posting on SI early December. And he could clearly post on both threads.

At the end of the day the share price is what matters. At current margins the company would require more than $40M in revenues for earning to justify the current stock price. CRC doesn't currently have the technology to compete. Authorized shares are 200M common, 110 issued. The 7.5 million are not part of that, and to have to count on favorable litigation?? Then what cash flow will the common holders get after preferred shares are issued with dividend preference.

Good luck on your investments. Now we can all sit back and watch the "january effect".
