You are quite wrong on the amount of outstanding shares on NAVR. The 20 million dollar private placement was for convertible preferred shares. These shares have been converting on a daily basis. The conversion is well below market. NAVR 13.5 million shares outstanding will become about 20 million once it is said and done. Unlike WOOD NAVR's shareholders will be screwed because its is doubtful the common shareholders will receive any shares of the spinoff of net Radio. Proceeds will go into the companies coffers where they will give themselves big raises. Why not? Look how well the stock has preformed.

NAVR is also operating at a loss.

Big sales numbers yes. What do you think the margin is on Cd's and computer software. 10% if they are lucky.

Madera had a $1.2m profit on $4.2M sales ending 3-31-98 It is possible they can quadruple that this year and do it again next year.
The profits would be even more, because the overhead would be spread out more.
Add the new retail online market on top the lumber business.

The clincher is... the attention and subsequent revenues that will come to ownatree.com because of the opening of the new site for retail products.

I thought the ownatree site would be a drag for years. I think it will fly now.

With the failure of the UN Rainforest inititive WOOD and others like them will have to take up the slack.

I hope WOOD goes to $5 and Ramiro sells 2m shares and buys more land to add to ownatree.

I'll take my new found dogs to the vet. Maybe add a sunporch to Ben's house. His head sticks out. Free Dog house from neighbor.
