I was just talking to Tony at IFLY (main tech support for IRIS).
I asked him if agents could handle more than one customer at once.... I got a big offhand "oh yeah!" - like I was asking if the sun was going to rise tomorrow.

Wish I'd asked him how many we think they can handle each.

But with each agent handling at least two customers - and transaction times looking like they are one half to one third of a telephone transaction - ouch - we're talking 4x to 6x efficiency already.

Put that efficiency on the two hundred agents we have now and the 5 cents a quarter profit we know they can manage - wow! We've got $1.00 eps per annum already!! Add in costs saved on 800 telephone charges too...

That makes IFLY very undervalued at $13 - or even $25.

Add the fact that they could double their agents this year.
Put on a respectable PE of say 35.
You can see a $50 price with NO internet valuation factor!

This is much better than I thought!

Hmmmm.... I might have to revise my selling and buying strategy.

Mark

Thanks for posting the link. I do not find the sky falling, as Hubric keeps telling us about. I hope he can back up his statements from the S1 and his Bloomberg terminal. IFLY has first rate management, imho.

The background of the directors and officers is weak. With the exception of Warde most of them have no real airline experience or leverage in dealing with the major airlines. Travel agencies are not highly regarded in the airline industry, but an airline veteran is.

IFLYer I think they count on no one digging into just what are these companies/firms they worked for----I have to ask myself why a man with a past history as a VP at Barrington Capital( a terrible reputation) is now in the travel business for which he has no experience(Gaggi)or a man once a senoir VP with a known Mob run outfit Euro-Atlantic Securities and also without any travel business experience(Guadagno),are now high ranking execs of 800 Travel Systems--and I have much more to dig in--for instance why is a Bahamas
bank a major share holder---and who is Perry Trebatch---a CPA who had his license suspended and fined 10,000 dollars in NY for admitting
he did wilfully file a false US tax return--why was he a holder of 200,000 shares of IFLY at the get go---who is Vito Balsamo and what is the history of Liberty Investment?(I am awaiting a u-4 on them)---I will continue to dig---why? Just because it is interesting, thatis why.Max90
