Would be funny....someone buys from a local real estate guy and finds... Now for a serious question...why would some given a retainer be asked for it back....so, one ( IE Joe ) could spend it. He did. Now, if you ( forgive me Laser) yourself in his shoes and leg irons, why would any halfway semblence of a reasonable person spend the WAD of cash retainer on ...a down payment- which by defination requires...additional payment and in this case...a mortage payment every month from a bank ( who WAS that banker?) so that a REASON to suspect that additional moinies would be forthcomming from the Prime Contractor ( ie Naxos in about May ASSume date here ). ? ! Why? Why ?? Why ??? When did Jimm9ie John leave? I will check...When did Sid come in ( Sid Caesar was 5the first TV show wasn't it..gallery of the Stars?) ( Or Something )( Joe F - you probably know that stuff! )( I know Ed F does! LOL VBG ) So he gets $50 K from Naxos and puts it on a Down Payment on a House..say assume 20% down ...I am extrapolating from the post I am quoting no official information source...Safe Harbors and ALL and Every Disclaimer of every discription herein are inserted. That leaves 80% as expected budgeting maybe with the Max Min method of 25-35 % ratio method ..maybe not...But at least say...as he was saying back in May ...I will sent you a Dore Jacka and e mailing me to go to Boreno to try on a hat. Voila...$200,000 more buckos were expected to co,me in OR enough buckos to pay off the LOAN on $200,000 or say $2,000 a month to make it easy...I suspect he wasn't A credit...self employeds are rarely A credoit...except for Yours Truly...the Wife Is Smarter than the hubby! So with that in mind Naxos was to pay ..what. Another $250-450,000 over a one year period to make up for what Brian Russel and Others at LeDoux would not reconfirm....??? ?What the heck to these facts mean? Are these Facts atall?
