Location, Location, Location. Sheetrock and spackling? I've seen a couple of million dollars worth of classic cars sold under a tent on a foggy night during the Concours d'Elegance at Pebble Beach. The entrance to Hilton Head Island on a balmy night seems perfectly enjoyable and quite feasible. The dress code for the monied car buyers was quite eclectic: black tie to blue jeans. Expect me in the latter.
