In a message how do you make one word in red ink?

You can't do it in the original SI message but you can do it by referring back to an earlier message. To do it, construct a link which begins with the usual "http://www.techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor" and then tack on "reply?s=word&sreply=nnnnn" where "word" is the word you want to appear in red and nnnnn is the reply number. Here is an example:

if you want more than one word (say two words) to appear in red, put "s=word1+word2" in the appropriate place in the link where word1 and word 2 are the words of interest. For example (use View source in your browser to see the full link):
