FNS: Thanks for the reply. If you have time, look at the posts on Yahoo DD/MTC BBs. Several seem to think that DD will buyout MTC (apparently a long-standing rumor but appears to be more imminent now). To me it does matter since I've heard several times that DD has been interested in buying AGPH (no insider info). So I've been wondering if DD has the financial backing to buy both companies. In regards to stock price valuation in relationship to a potential buyout, AGPH, a smaller company, has a higher stock price than DD, a monster large company (maybe DD is undervalued). So would DD offer cash or stock buyout? Also, I've been waiting to buy AGPH again but certainly not at the present price (>58). So I've been trying to assess DD, MTC, and AGPH as to which ones will give a better ROI and, in 1999, they may end up being just one company. Guess I'm the only one addressing this issue. Perhaps it really isn't that important. We'll see.
