When the deal was made the figure of .45 shares of AOL was based on an AOL price of 88 ($4+ billion, I believe). That relationship will remain. If AOL splits 2-1 your holdings of NSCP will, on paper, double.

If the split happens then the stock split and the shares double. Then netscape holders will get .86 instead of .43. But if aol doesn't split then the stock price could be at 225 by june 1st and then the company will probably need a 3-1 or a 4-1 split.
