Daniel, Your suggestion to Charles is an excellent one. The only reason I prefer a stock fund is that I think the possibility for US companies to go on a merger binge in Europe is greatly enhanced now. What the Europeans have to do to make this euro work, is to implement more of our customs as they relate to employment policies, etc. Being in the right European stock fund could be very rewarding in 1999. However, as always, we little guys have a habit of joining the parade in the last block.(:o)
