that inconsequential pass to Rice will be the talk of the NFL for months.

Looks like GB will be supporting instant replay in '99.

Nonetheless the GB-49ers game more than lived up to my expectations. Heck of a game.

I thought that was horrible clock management by SF on that last drive. Burned a timeout on an inconcequential pass, they were not nearly throwing the ball far enough downfield on that drive...and why Green Bay didn't have eight guys on the goalline on that last throw I have no idea. Any pass completed in front of them and the game is over.
