Thanks Herb, The comfort I got from the pothole analogy is that Zeev had spent a tremendous number of hours analyzing the road. Logic dictates that he would take the best road possible. If Valence wasn't the best road he could find to take, why would he spend so many hours analyzing its potholes? I think 95% of the ex-employee option selling is done and end-of-year tax selling is of course done. We saw the volume dry up with sizable bids at the close. My guess is there won't be much stock available for sale in coming weeks. The market should be figuring out that company status is better than any time in history and the 270 plus NI employees are definitely in the battery business! Regards, FMK
