I think John's viewpoint, as far as the ultimate disposition of Clinton, matches our viewpoint. But, maybe he is missing the point somewhat since Clinton must first be removed from office before he can be tried and convicted of anything. (I think Judge Starr is making arrangements for this to happen eventually.) If the Senate deems him "unfit" for office, then he will be removed. Once removed, he can then be tried and convicted if found guilty. Even if he serves his full term, he can still be tried later.
