Wow! CB, very interesting, had not seen that as I don't want to leave IP tracks on their server (LOL). Well I guess that SI is waking these chumps up, no?

So now we just have a TRAV et al tax dodge? I mean AENG is still an oxtwo sub is it not? Was that not a surprise as well?

Cornbread, I have two questions. 1) Why were BAILLARGEON, PRISCILLA & J ANDRE required to file a 144 if it was a simple buy/sell? and 2) will you please amplify on the following paragraph.

I still believe that AENG has a valid product. I'm hoping the recent production style engines and testing are in response to company requests to see exactly how an OX2 would work for their applications.

Also, it would seem Greg must not know about these production style engines or he would have surely told us. From where did you get this information.

I must admit that the poison pill had me concerned. I'm sure my name was right below yours on AENG's sh*t list after I called them to discuss this revelation. I'm glad to see that the company is rescinding the deal. Based on AENG's quick response this change was probably in the works for quite some time.

Quite some time for AENG/OX2 is pretty short. Remember there is only one AENG employee and only two that matter at OX2. Perhaps the revelation on this thread prompted the recision. After all, they need to keep this going long enough for the remaining insiders to sell, when they wish, and they seem to add insiders from time to time.
