Clintons Most Admired

CBS News reported that Bill and Hillary Clinton were once again voted the most admired man and woman in America. White House Press Secretary Joe Lockhart told reporters: "This proves that the average American has the intelligence not to be swayed by the vicious character assassination directed at the Presidents. They realize that the Presidents, like all humans, have their flaws, but that their virtues far outweigh their vices."

When we contacted a spokesperson for CBS, they admitted that those polled had not, in fact, been able to choose anyone at all for the honor, but instead had been presented with a multiple choice question. For woman the possible choices included Hillary, Linda Tripp, Monica Lewinsky, Pamela Anderson, and Janet Reno, while for man the picks were Bill Clinton, Dr. Jack Kevorkian, Jerry Springer, Mike Tyson, Saddam Hussein, Marv Albert, Bud (Low Tax) Looper, and Janet Reno.

Hey, I voted for Janet Reno twice.
