Hi Patt, and welcome to the thread! I had the chance to look over the Yahoo example you provide, and the problem here is that only ONE broker is recommending this as a strong buy and provides the earnings estimate for the upcoming year. Hardly a ringing endorsement of the company at present and not enough info on which to base earnings expectations. Put another way, there is no second, third or fourth opinion by other brokers evident in this link and this just isn't good enough by most standards as it doesn't sufficiently challenge expectations of positive Q4 results.
