Nah, cmon they are all here to provide smooth markets for us the little guy.

They NEVER would "ask" an analyst to downgrade a stock so they could get their OWN clients INTO a stock they like, at a lower price....nope nope...that stuff never happens. Thats only the stuff of fairy tales.

Blah....
One of the easiest ways to make money is when you see a solitary downgrade by a brokerage on a great stock ... buy it that day when the "little guy" panics. I know this stuff, because when I first started I was that little guy who panicked.
Have to learn the hard way and with your pocketbook.

Hundreds of publicly traded companies settle class action lawsuits every year...were all the lawyers who filed the lawsuits right?
