Chief, I can always rely on you to put"reality" into our discussions. I really like your analogy. I also am interested in your belief that $3.50 is the first floor. I would have put it somewhere below $3 unless we do see a price rise in the next few days.

I am looking forward to building the second floor, but I hope I can tell when that first floor is finished!
