W.F. If my memory serves me correctly, that was a deal that Matt Walters engineered. I believe that he was a partner or director in Joe Champion's company. I think it was during the priod of time, that matt was on a leave from naxos, or soething to that effect. he was charged with trying to find a process that worked for Naxos. he made some kind of deal with Joe Champion. I remeber hearing that in a round about way, that was responsible for his eventually meeting either Johnson or Lett. All of this is from memory and is going some ways back, so it is a little sketchy.
