Consider this, the AOL/NSCP deal falls through. Netscape falls 60%. AOL falls 10%. Leave the arb work to the arbs. They love to buy netscape and short AOL in a leveraged way to make a killing. Only problem is if you are wrong.

You are probably correct in your computation, I just feel safer until the deal gets done owning AOL. You just never know what could screw it up and I just feel if something happen overnight the drop could be substantial.
