Two corrections to my previous posts. The first was the $12,000 a month royalities per month from Brenham Oil, or $120,000 per year. The correct monthly figure is $10,000, for the $120,000 per year. Also, the phone numbers posted listed incorrectly Daniel's phone number. The corrected phone numbers are posted below in full:
Daniel Dror (Office), (281) 334-4764 Jeff Bugenhagen, (713) 659-6551 at BDO Seidman, or EDII company lawyer: Tom Pritchard, (713) 209-2911
My strong recommendation is use them, rather than listening to these self- proclaimed "experts" or "humanitarians". Avoid dumping your hard earned money on the market. It's your choice.

They have been proved very wrong in their "assessments", and will continue to. For them, they haven't invested a dime of their own money, so their only vested interest must be, unless they're short or paid by the Internet to post, to prove their egos correct. They don't spend all this time on the Internet in these folders, when there are so many other stocks to trash, for your benefit. You have the financials. EDII has provided you with the phone numbers for some of the best accountant resources in the world, a very competent corporation lawyer, and a capable CEO. USE them. Look at the numbers once more:
Dec. 31, 1997 Sept. 30, 1998 % Change
Revenues (For 3rd. Quarter) 625,000 4,606,533 737%
Cash 62,991 2,527,143 4,012%
Working Capital 344,093 2,952,230 858%
Stockholders Equity 3,488,728 11,457,020 328%
Total Assets 4,588,081 19,311,820 421%
I challenge anyone anywhere to find a stock that has posted that much of an increase in this short of period of time. LOOK at the percentages --- they will continue to grow with more acquisitions. Of any you locate that have grown this much, whether it's a penny stock or not, look at the chart after those numbers were posted. If you think the numbers filed by BDO and EDII are bogus, run like hell. But if you're here and believe that this company has a chance to enjoy an increase in price short and long term, stick around for some profitable entertainment. The initial buyback begins next week. The lawyers said Daniel couldn't do it on a significant basis while the Form 10-SB was pending. Now he's free and clear to do so. He wanted me to quote him,
"Anyone interested in selling their shares back to the company should contact me (Dror) at (281) 334-4764."
He said that he has the cash now to do it with, and companies like MSFT and IBM do it all the time. Does anyone see the patern of thinking of our CEO? He continually relates to bigger companies --- GE, IBM, and MSFT. Just an observation. |
