All of these documents are authentic and as I stated earlier I had nothing to do with WS Clearing and Data Race and I knew about this huge position because Bill asked me for a loan and he admitted he was out of capital..I knew he had 900,000 shares yet I never shorted a share ,, because I wanted him to pull out of it..all my freinds told me to piss on the guy and short RACE to pull my money out and hell it was at 12 to 14..I would have made an easy 3 to 5 million but instead i tried to help him ,, while I tape recorded every conversation.. The bottom lkine is that I lost a bunch of money and Bill lost his license and his house and evrything he owns.. I realize now I should have shorted the deal and saved myself..but at the time I was in to being " nice " Well, I am no longer nice about guys who scam and pillage.. But I can still be a nice guy...
