No. Intel is getting VERY PRICE and PERFORMANCE AGGRESSIVE with Celerons, AMD's K6-2 can't keep up, AMD's K6-3 is LATE and will be expensive for AMD to produce and...... NONE OF AMD's PRODUCTS will support Intel's Katmai Instructions ! This latter "detail" may make AMD's products obsolete as they are incompatible with Intel's de facto KNI standard. This could be really big time trouble for AMD. Paul
