No you are not the only mom with boxes of stuff saved for the grandchildren. I wonder if our daughters-in-law will appreciate our efforts though. I have their little sailor outfits and their little osh koshes and some precious little red and green velvet bib shorts they wore at Christmas.
Throwing them out would have been like throwing out something alive.
On the other hand, they wear some clothes now I can't wait to throw out.

They could still be in business, we carried their casual men's slacks. That part went belly up. Levi started competing with them in that area.

Reminds me of when Kuppenheimer went under and the label was sold. Their slacks ran about $100. Started seeing ads for Kuppenheimer slacks for $19.95. Lots of people thought they were getting the real Kuppenheimer slacks at that price.
