Phantom...I'm not following Pat...I haven't researched whether any company has ever split Before an all-stock Acquisition has been finalized, but I'm not following Pat's logic...The logic that says CASH FLOW would be hindered...What Cash Flow?...If anything it seems more cash/value would flow INTO each AOL share pre and post-slit (figuring splits tend to cause a stock's price to rise faster than average), which then in turn would raise the value that NSCP shareholders would eventually receive.

What do you make of Pat's statments?

Regards, George
