It is 200,000 shares ? or Dempsey Mork will pay. According to bmart Dempsey Mork owns a company. Zapara is one of his assistants. Do you think people should complain to the SEC about Dempsey Mork and the role he had to play here. Dempsey Mork instructed the hapless (and now broke) Zapara to illegally short the stock to the tune of two hundred thousand shares. Dempsey Mork and Zapara split the money I am told. They must have made lots of money, this stock was $3.00 wasn't it. So how is the legal action against Dempsey Mork going ? When Dempsey Mork instructed the hapless and now broke Zapara to illegally sell the shares, Charles overheard this, and an AZNT lawyer was present, are you aware of this ? This lawyer is probably busy, but you might want to get him to testify when the law suit against Dempsey Mork goes ahead. Do you know the current assets of Development Bancorp, Mork's company ? What are the chances the court will make him pay the full amount ? Will that money be divvied up between the shareholders ? If the judgement is really large what is the possibility that AZNT will gain control of Development Bancorp and begin the marketing of TONS of Nature in Sweden and Switzerland etc...
