I guess you must be right when you informed me that Mary Meeker's estimate of 150m users was a worldwide figure.<< I am still having a hard time believing that 16M hits/mo figure but now that you mention 125K users, it is even more difficult to believe. The thought occurred to me that maybe these Singapore guys wanted to sell out to an American company, so they set up some computer program which hit the website every second. That would be 2.6M/month. Now if you get 6 computers running that program, then you have nearly 16M hits in a month! LOL. I don't know where they would get the population to do that many hits, if there are so few internet users in these countries.
